‘Lush Events Hire’ is the love child of Lush Events-Event Stylists & Accessory Hire.
Lush Events, the styling business, began back in the year 2000. We would meet with excited brides and their partners, and work through the complete design of their big day. We would then source all of the items that were needed for the decoration and styling. On the day prior to the wedding we would pack our van and head off to set tables, create floral centrepieces, and hang huge swaths of draping from ceilings or walls. Usually, the next day, we would go and set up the ceremony space for our couples.
During these years we styled over 700 events. Weddings were our core business, but we also worked with our clients on corporate dinners, family celebrations, engagement parties, 21st birthdays…..you name it, we did it.
In 2017, we thought it was time to hang up the aprons and get off the ladder. So we retired from styling events.
And from here, Lush Events Hire was created.
A huge range of props, table linen, draping, glassware and furniture has been collected over the years, and now its all available for hire.
